Returns

At Regal Roots, we offer a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn and unused

With original tags

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video.

The video must:

Start before opening the parcel

Clearly show the shipping label

Show the package being opened

Clearly display the issue

Without a proper unboxing video, claims for wrong or damaged items will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 4 days if there is any issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items

Hazardous materials

Sale items

Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
